Refund Policy
How we handle refunds, reprocessing, and service issues.

1. General Policy
Because our services begin processing quickly and often involve immediate AI, compute, storage, and payment costs, purchases are generally final once processing starts.
This Refund Policy is a standalone presentation of Section 9 of our Terms of Service for ease of reference. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service control.
2. AI Services
- If we are unable to deliver a paid order because of our platform failure, we may, in our discretion and subject to applicable law, reprocess the order, restore credits, issue service credit, or provide a refund.
- If an order has been successfully delivered (status "Completed"), refunds are generally not available.
- For orders paid with credits, if processing fails, credits are automatically restored to your account.
3. Subscriptions and Credit Packs
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. Unused portions of paid periods are generally not prorated or refunded, except where required by law.
- One-time credit packs and granted credits are generally non-refundable once issued, except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
- Top-off credits are generally non-refundable.
- Prices, plan features, credit values, credit costs, and usage limits may change prospectively as described in our Terms of Service. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, those prospective changes do not automatically create refund rights for processed orders, used credits, posted subscription periods, or issued credits.
- If a subscription price increases or a plan materially changes in an adverse way, you may cancel before the change takes effect; refund handling after cancellation remains subject to this policy and applicable law.
4. Human Editing Services
- Human editing orders are subject to the same no-refund-once-processing-starts policy.
- If a human editing order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our end, we will offer reprocessing, service credit, or a refund as appropriate.
- Disputes about human editing quality should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If you are an EU or UK consumer who requested immediate performance at checkout, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory cancellation or cooling-off right once processing starts, to the extent permitted by law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a service issue, contact hello@revisepilot.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
